- What is hard water?
Hard Water is a type of water that has high mineral content. It mainly consists of calcium and magnesium metal cations and contains an appreciable quantity of dissolved minerals. Soft water is treated water in which the only cation (positively charged ion) is sodium. - What are common abbreviations associated with plumbing?
• W/C = Toilet
• CWM = Clothes Washing Machine

- There is a foul smell coming from my grabage disposal, what can I do?
This is a common problem with an easy solution. To eliminate the odor, put ice cubes and lemon/orange peels into the disposal and run for about 30 secs. Flush out with cold water.
